After getting back to reality (and by reality I mean back on land) after a cruise vacation with my husband in celebration of our first year of marriage, a bit of reflection is in order. A whole year has passed since we said “I Do” and became official husband and wife. I gave up my Italian last name (wait is that Sinatra?) for a much shorter, easier one to remember (and quite famous actually. Semi Homemade with Sandra Lee anyone?). i’m not 21 anymore…
Yes I know that title is a given, I haven’t been 21 in a while, but for some reason I am constantly testing this theory… With my sisters being younger and especially my youngest one being in a different life stage, I’m constantly testing the theory if I can party the way she can (even though I do thank her for keeping me young from time to time!). I’m routinely reminded that I can’t, yet as all stubborn women are, I challenge it over and over again. I think I’ve reached my limit.
